About Products:

We mainly produce toughened glass film for cell phone. Our  products include the 3D cold curved toughened

 film / 3D hot bending toughened film / 0.33mm 2.5D toughened film / 2.5D silky seal tempered film/carbon fiber soft edge toughened film, etc.. Our most innovative production craftsmanship, advanced CNC precision carving grinder, and high accuracy intelligent manufacturing, make joined efforts in the production of our excellent toughened glass film.

Features of our products:

1、All films have been tempered by a 4-hour high temperature toughening to ensure the films, with the hardness of 9H, could effectively protect the screen from scratch of some sharp objects ’friction.

2、Employing some advanced technology such as plasma spraying and AF vacuum coating, we plate the surface of the glass with imported fingerprint-resistant coating. In this case, the glass surface can be sensitive, smooth and anti-fingerprint. The abrasion times can be reached at over 3000, and the water droplets angle of abrasion test is greater than 110 °.

3、Optical adhesive OCA is employed to effectively prevent the glass from crushed after scattered around, to ensure the safety of the users. High quality silicon coating is adopted on the reverse side, to help the products to be quickly exhausted, and to be snowflake free bubble free.

4、The use of imported glass raw materials, with  uniform density and slight loss in light transmission, Transmittance of our products has be light up to 95% or more, with  color reproduction degree of non-reflective enhanced display

5、Processed with ultra-thin glass , whose thickness of 0.33mm \ 0.2mm \ 0.15mm \ 0.1mm, each film can be effectively sensed to the fingers of each touch, and response to it actively like there is no film.

6、For those 2.5D products, they are processed on the sweeping machine with high-density fabric for burr and undertake the anti-damping treatment, after cut by CNC precision cutting machine. Then they will be polished into 2.5D chamfer, so that the films feels not only slip on the thicker edge, and also can effectively prevent the shock of external forces.

7、As to those 3D products, we adopt the use of high-precision CNC machine, to polish 0.8mm (thickness) glass to 0.33mm, and the four sides polished to the arc same as the mobile phone screen, in which case the full screen can be perfectly covered, and  prevent the screen explosion when falling.
